1. Gentle wash: Choose a delicate cycle or hand wash to best protect the fabric.
2. Laundry bag: Always place bras and other delicate garments in a laundry bag.
3, Low temperature: Wash at low temperatures, not exceeding 40 °C.
4. Mild detergent: Use neutral detergents without strong enzymes, such as wool detergents, and avoid fabric softeners.
5. Drying: Bamboo items can be tumble dried on a low setting. To extend their lifespan, we recommend air-drying, avoiding direct sunlight.

2. Choose a gentle cycle or hand wash.
3. Wash at a maximum temperature of 40 °C.
4. Use mild, neutral detergents without strong enzymes. Do not use fabric softener.
5. Bamboo products can be tumble-dried at low heat; however, to avoid unnecessary wear, we recommend air-drying the leggings away from direct sunlight.

Care instructions:
After use, rinse the gel bag under running (not boiling) water with mild soap. Do not use solvents or disinfectants. Dry the bag thoroughly or hang to air dry. Wash the cotton cover at 40 °C and let it air dry naturally.

How to use:

Cold compress:
Place the bag in the freezer for about 2 hours before use, making sure to put it inside the cotton cover first.
Purpose and effect: Provides local pain relief, reduces swelling and inflammation – including breast engorgement. Apply the chilled compress with the cotton cover to the perineal area (optionally over a postpartum pad) to ease discomfort from tears or episiotomy.

Warm compress:
Submerge the bag in hot (not boiling) water –  up to 90 °C  – for about 3 minutes, or heat in the microwave. Wrap the bag in a damp cloth or fabric cover and heat for 30 seconds at max. 700 W or 20 seconds at max. 1000 W. Gently press the bag to distribute the heat evenly. If needed, reheat for an additional 10–15 seconds.
Important: Never place a frozen bag directly in the microwave – allow it to thaw first.
Purpose and effect: Stimulates local blood circulation. Use the warm compress with the cotton cover on the breasts to relieve engorgement or tension. It can also be applied to the abdomen or lower back for postpartum cramping. Warm or cold, the compress can be used on a cesarean incision to reduce pain and swelling.

Precautions:
– Never place the compress directly on the skin – always use the fabric cover.
– Use for no more than 20 minutes at a time, followed by a 30-minute break.
– Read the instructions on the bag carefully before use.

– Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes or cardiovascular conditions.
– Not recommended for individuals sensitive to heat or cold.

Usage: Apply as needed several times a day to relieve discomfort, for example after using the toilet. Apply a thin layer of cream around the anus. Consult a doctor if you experience persistent pain in the anal area or notice blood in the stool. Like other oily creams, Momkind Hemocare may stain clothing.

How to use:
Apply Momkind lanolin nipple balm as needed – there is no need to wipe it off before breastfeeding. You can start using the balm towards the end of pregnancy by gently massaging the nipples to prepare them for breastfeeding.
